  • Sweeping: Hard floors like tile, wood, or laminate.
  • Mopping: Hard floors, such as kitchens, bathrooms, and hallways.
  • Trash Removal: Emptying trash cans in bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and other living areas.
  • Wiping down surfaces: Kitchen counters, bathroom countertops, tables, and other common areas.

2. Kitchen Cleaning:

  • Cleaning Appliances: Wiping down the exterior of appliances (microwave, fridge, oven, etc.).
  • Sink and Faucet: Scrubbing the sink and faucet areas.
  • Countertops: Wiping down all surfaces.
  • Cabinets: Cleaning exterior surfaces (interior if needed).

3. Bathroom Cleaning:

  • Toilets: Cleaning and disinfecting.
  • Sinks and Faucets: Wiping and disinfecting.
  • Shower/Tub: Cleaning grout, tiles, and glass or curtain areas.

  • Making Beds: Straightening and making beds if requested.

Residential Deep Cleaning + Move IN/Move OUT Cleaning Package: $350+

This package is customizable but will include everything our Regular Maintenace cleaning includes PLUS:

  • Oven Cleaning: Deep cleaning of the oven interior.
  • Fridge Cleaning: Cleaning inside and removing expired items.
  • Wiping Walls + Baseboards
  • Cleaning insides of cabinets, drawers, and closets 
  • Window Cleaning (Interior only)
  • Anything can be added onto this package with an additional charge. 

Frequency Options:

  • Regular cleaning might occur weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on the size of the space and needs.

Commercial/ Office Space Package: $35-50/hour

  • Countertops: Wiping and sanitizing.

  • Desks: Wiping down desks and tables, ensuring no dust or debris is left behind. Organizing papers as needed (if agreed upon).
  • Chairs: Vacuuming or wiping down chairs, especially in communal areas.
  • Equipment: Cleaning and disinfecting phones, keyboards, computer monitors, and printers (if part of the service).
  • Floors: Vacuuming and mopping where applicable.

5. Common Areas/Meeting Rooms:

11. Frequency of Cleaning:

  • Pantry and Kitchen Organization: Organizing kitchen cabinets, pantry shelves, drawers, and countertops, often using bins, baskets, and labels to streamline cooking and meal prep.
  • Garage and Basement Organization: Sorting through seasonal items, tools, sports equipment, and other storage items to create more functional spaces.
